Introducing The Haven

What is The Haven?

The Haven is a therapist-led group for any mother seeking a safe place to process the challenges of motherhood.  Led by Rooted Counseling Center’s Ashley Colclasure (LPC, MHSP) and Lane Beatty (LMFT), each meeting will include both a teaching and discussion component.  

Discussion Topics:

-The Power of Self Care: Physical, Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual

-Healthy Boundaries and Balancing Multiple Roles

-The Good Enough Mom

-The Sweet Spot between Loving Them and Letting Them Go 

-Maintaining Your Marriage in the Crazy Years

-Developing a Personal Support System

The Nitty Gritty:

The Haven will take place on Friday mornings from 9:30-11:00 at a home in Green Hills. The group will run from February 1-March 8. Cost $240.  Space is limited, so sign up today by emailing lane@rootedcounselingcenter.com
