    • DETAILS: This group is for parents of children that are looking for extra guidance when it comes to coping skills, connecting with your child, and providing regulation techniques for yourself and your child. 

    • DATES: Every Tuesday March 31st - May 5, 2025

    • TIMING: 1.5 hours 12:00pm-1:30pm

    • PRICING: $75 per session totaling $450 for the entire tuition.
      We ask that you commit to regular attendance as spots are limited. Billing will reflect this commitment with group tuition being billed per group rather than week-to-week.

    • DETAILS: This group is for middle school girls grades 6-8. We will be focusing on providing opportunities for the girls to share their experiences in a safe and confidential setting. In this group, we will be enhancing emotional literacy, gaining skills to cope with changing social dynamics, and engaging in self-esteem activities.

    • DATES: Every Thursday April 3 - May 5, 2025

    • TIMING: 1.5 hours 5:00pm-6:30pm

    • PRICING: $75 per session totaling $450 for the entire tuition.
      We ask that you and your child commit to regular attendance for a group as spots are limited. Billing will reflect this commitment with entire group tuition being billed at the beginning of the group rather than week-to-week.

    • DETAILS: This group is for high school girls. We will be focusing on providing opportunity for the girls to share their experiences in a safe and confidential setting.

    • DATES: June 9-12

    • TIMING: 3 hours each day 3pm-6pm.

    • PRICING: $75 per session totaling $450 for the entire tuition.
      We ask that you and your child commit to regular attendance for a group as spots are limited. Billing will reflect this commitment with entire group tuition being billed at the beginning of the group rather than per session.

    • DETAILS: We will be focusing on providing opportunities for these boys to share their experiences in a safe and confidential setting focusing on regulation skills and enhancing emotional literacy. At this age, it can be difficult to identify emotions and implement helpful coping skills. This group is focused on increasing your child's ability to regulate when feeling big emotions.

    • DATES: June 16-19, 2025

    • TIMING: 3 hours each day 3pm-6pm

    • PRICING: $75 per session totaling $450 for the entire tuition.
