Daniel Lucas
Master’s Level Intern
Daniel is a Nashville native who is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Trevecca Nazarene University. Prior to his graduate studies, Daniel earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Religion from Trevecca. Daniel has always been drawn to serving others but finds counseling to be a unique space where strengths can be celebrated on a journey of growth.
While working on his undergraduate degree, Daniel played college baseball for four years. As a former collegiate baseball player, Daniel understands the pressures young men face and uses his personal experiences to help them work through life’s challenges. He is passionate about working with adolescent males and teenagers who struggle with anxiety, depression, perfectionism, and life transitions on their journey to becoming young men. Daniel also enjoys working with couples and young adults.
In his free time, Daniel enjoys being in nature, hiking, and keeping his competitive nature alive through golf, pickleball, and volleyball.
