Eliza Neely
M.A. Clinical Mental Health Counseling
LPC-MHSP, NCC
Eliza Neely earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University. Originally from Jackson, Mississippi, she received her bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Mississippi before moving to Nashville to begin a career in sales. Although she enjoyed the work, she felt called to pursue a profession that aligned more deeply with her passion for helping others heal and thrive.
In 2017, Eliza became a Certified 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, an experience that continues to shape her work as a therapist. She believes that practices like mindfulness, self-awareness, and vulnerability create lasting healing—both on the yoga mat and in the counseling room. Her calm, grounded presence helps clients feel safe enough to explore life's hardest moments while building the confidence to move forward.
Eliza has a natural ability to connect with children, teens, and young adults, creating a space where clients feel genuinely understood, respected, and empowered. Parents appreciate her warmth, insight, and collaborative approach, knowing their child is receiving thoughtful, compassionate care. She integrates client-centered therapy with somatic awareness, emotional intelligence, and narrative therapy to help clients better understand themselves, build resilience, and experience meaningful growth.
She has extensive experience supporting clients through trauma, grief, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Eliza considers it a privilege to walk alongside people during vulnerable seasons of life, providing a safe, nonjudgmental space where healing, hope, and lasting change can take root.
Outside the office, Eliza enjoys traveling, practicing yoga, spending time with her five nieces and nephews, and doting on her beloved rescue dog, Pearl.
